How the Program Works
Getting started is simple:
1. Complete a Short Assessment
Answer a brief questionnaire (about 10 minutes) so we can understand your symptoms, history, and goals.
2. Get Matched With a Dedicated Coach
You’ll be paired with a personal health coach who creates a customized exercise plan tailored to your needs.
3. Follow a Structured Exercise Plan
Your program may include up to 12 weeks of guided exercises that can be done at home or wherever it’s convenient for you.
4. Ongoing Support & Maintenance
Your coach checks in regularly, adjusts your plan as you progress, and provides continued maintenance exercises after completion
